WorkBase

WorkBase is Libra’s dedicated layer for turning company context into workflows that run across connected systems.

Context on its own does not finish anything. WorkBase is the layer where a recurring piece of work is described once, with the systems it touches, the steps it takes and the points where a person decides, and then runs against live company context rather than against a fixed script.

Because it draws on the same context layer as search and the assistants, a workflow inherits what the company already knows instead of being told again. The result is that the work keeps behaving correctly as the underlying records change, which is the part that usually breaks when workflows are wired up by hand.

Frequently Asked Questions

Classic automation connects triggers to fixed actions. WorkBase runs against the company’s connected context, so a step can depend on what is actually true right now rather than on a hard-coded path.
