Identity Graph
An identity graph connects a person’s accounts, permissions and role across a company’s different systems into one view of who they are.
The same person is a different record in every tool: an email address in one, a user ID in another, a CRM owner field in a third, a display name in chat. An identity graph resolves those into one identity, and records what that identity is entitled to in each place.
For AI this is load-bearing in two directions. It is how a system knows that a request about "my accounts" means the ones this person owns in the CRM, and it is how permissions-aware AI enforces access: to answer as someone, a system first has to know reliably who that someone is everywhere.
