On it. I'll pull the last 30 days of paid spend across channels, score each campaign against your 3.0x ROAS target, then check downstream activation before recommending where to move budget.
Pulling paid campaign performance2 steps
Pull CAC and ROAS targets from the planThree campaigns are dragging the blended number down. Checking whether the cheap clicks actually activate before I trust the ROAS.
Display is the clearest loser - it both under-converts and barely activates. Building the reallocation so spend follows the campaigns that actually pay back.
Here's the read on the last 30 days. Blended ROAS is 2.7x against your 3.0x target, dragged down by three campaigns. Display (0.9x ROAS, 4% activation) should be paused outright - the clicks are cheap but never activate. LinkedIn Job Titles (1.1x) and Meta Broad Prospecting (1.4x) should be cut hard, not killed. That frees $43.3k to reinvest into the three campaigns already beating target - Retargeting, Brand, and Competitor Search. The model projects blended ROAS climbing to 3.6x at the same total spend. I've opened the full reallocation plan in Libra Computer.
