Scoring each by (demand × impact) ÷ effort lands a clean three-horizon roadmap - Now (4): SSO/SCIM, bulk export, granular roles, and the quick API rate-limit lift; Next (6): audit log v2, faster dashboard, webhook reliability and three more; Later (9).
