Fair Usage Policy

This Fair Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of Libra AI’s services and is designed to ensure availability, fairness, and commercial sustainability for all customers. By accessing or using Libra AI, you agree to abide by this Policy in addition to any applicable Terms of Service and your commercial agreement.

1. Purpose

Libra AI provides advanced AI-powered automation, analytics, and knowledge services. To maintain system performance, uphold security, and ensure equitable access, Libra AI applies usage parameters that balance customer needs with operational viability. These parameters are not intended to restrict legitimate business use but to prevent patterns of activity that compromise service quality or availability.

2. General Usage Principles

  • Reasonable Use: Services should be consumed in a manner consistent with normal enterprise workloads.

  • Non-Disruption: Activities that interfere with the experience of other customers or the stability of the platform are not permitted.

  • Compliance: All use must adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and data protection requirements.

3. Seat & License Usage

  • Each license (or “seat”) is intended for a single, named user unless otherwise specified in your commercial agreement.

  • Credential sharing, pooling, or redistribution of access outside your organization is not permitted.

  • Additional capacity must be procured if usage consistently exceeds licensed volumes.

4. API, Automation & System Limits

  • Algorithmic Controls: Libra AI employs algorithmic usage limits calibrated to support typical daily workloads. These limits are primarily applied at the user level, but for enterprise customers with contractual agreements, they may be enforced at the organization level depending on administrative preferences.

  • Dynamic Allocation: If administrative preferences are not set, Libra AI applies its internal decision matrix, which weighs multiple factors to determine fair allocation across users.

  • Reset Intervals: Limits reset on a regular cadence. In the event a customer exhausts their allocation, the Libra app will notify them and indicate when the next access window will open.

  • Temporary Curtailment: Where activity exceeds normal thresholds or diverges from the commercial framework agreed with Libra AI, requests may be temporarily curtailed.

  • Dedicated Capacity: Customers requiring sustained higher throughput or guaranteed capacity may engage Libra AI to discuss dedicated allocations as part of their commercial arrangements.

5. Data & Storage Usage

  • Libra AI provides reasonable storage aligned with expected usage patterns.

  • Storage of excessive, duplicative, or non-business data may be restricted.

  • Expanded storage requirements may be accommodated under separate arrangements.

6. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use Libra AI to:

  • Engage in automated extraction, spam generation, or system-level attacks.

  • Train competing AI systems using outputs without explicit written consent.

  • Resell or redistribute services beyond the scope of their agreement.

7. Enforcement

  • Notification: Customers approaching thresholds may be notified proactively.

  • Soft Limits: In most cases, limits are sufficient for normal enterprise usage. Where they are exceeded, Libra AI will work with customers to adjust allocations.

  • Hard Limits: In cases of clear abuse or activity threatening system stability, access may be throttled or suspended without prior notice.

  • Escalation: Customers consistently constrained by limits should contact support@trylibra.ai or their account representative. Libra AI will make commercially reasonable efforts to adjust thresholds to support uninterrupted use.

8. Policy Updates

Libra AI may revise this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, operational requirements, or commercial considerations. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

Summary: Libra AI’s systems are designed to ensure you have more than adequate access for everyday usage. Limits are algorithmic by default, organization-aware when appropriate, and adjustable in line with your commercial relationship. If you ever find yourself constrained, talk to us - our intent is to keep your workflows uninterrupted while ensuring the platform remains sustainable for all.
